HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/REPAIR REQUEST?
To start the return or repair process for your order, please fill up the order form below. Pls wait for our email containing the approval and return label which you must include with your package.

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be in original condition and includes all original packaging.



DO YOU DO REPAIRS FOR FREE?
Yes, as long as its within 6 months. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the Sunspell HQ. Sunspell will return repaired/replacement item for free.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
You are responsible for the charges of the shipping for returns due to change of mind or for items for repair after 7 days. However, if product received is wrong or faulty within 7 days of date of purchase, Sunspell will make arrangements to have the item picked up from your registered address.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied as store credit (for change of mind) or to your original mode of payment (for faulty items). Please allow 3 to 5 working days from when the item has been received at the Sunspell HQ.
